DoReal Support

In the YouTube, TikTok, or YouTube Music app, tap the Share icon for the video or music you want to turn into a card, then select DoReal from the share menu. (Some content may not be shareable due to restrictions imposed by the source app or service.)

Check your internet connection, whether the source app is installed, and whether the linked content is still public. Content may be unavailable if it has been deleted, made private, or restricted by region or age.

Check camera permission, move to a well-lit place, and keep the entire QR code inside the frame. When importing from an image, choose a clear image in which the QR code is fully visible.

Your DoReal cards, albums, notes, and settings are stored on your device. There is no account or cloud sync. QR images and exported files saved outside the app may remain after DoReal is removed.

Use the sharing feature for a card or album to display its QR code, then import it on the new device. (There is no bulk-transfer feature.)

DoReal does not store video files. Upload the video to YouTube or another service first and prepare a shareable URL. Anyone who knows the URL of an unlisted video may be able to view and reshare it, so check its sharing settings.

DoReal does not store or distribute the content itself. It handles the shared URL and public information needed to display a card, while playback takes place on the source service. Rights to each item remain with its respective rights holder.
