1. DoReal's role
DoReal is an app that lets users organize links to external content they select as cards stored on their devices. It does not download, convert, copy, store, host, stream, distribute, or redistribute video, music, or other content.
2. Rights to external content
Rights to content, titles, thumbnails, trademarks, and other materials on external services belong to their respective rights holders or service providers. Use and playback of content are governed by the source service's terms and applicable laws.
3. Relationship with third-party services
DoReal and DoReal Studio are not provided, sponsored, endorsed, or guaranteed as official apps by the operators of external services. All service names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
4. User responsibility
Before sharing a link by QR code or another method, check the link's visibility, the intended recipients, the source service's terms, and third-party rights. Do not use DoReal to direct others to unlawfully published content or in any other way that may infringe rights.
5. Rights-related inquiries
If you are a rights holder, please email support@doreal-studio.com with the relevant URL, rights holder's name, contact details, and the nature of your request. Because DoReal Studio does not host the content, requests to remove content at the linked destination may need to be sent to the source service.
